WHAT ALDERSGATE MEANS TO THE L.A. COMMUNITY

Seven Arrows Elementary would like to permanently acquire our first piece of property, the Aldersgate campus, located in the heart of Pacific Palisades. What began as a singular classroom in our founder’s garage, has evolved into an impactful K-6 school that fuses rigorous academics, with world culture and the arts. This expansion will allow us to magnify our mission to inspire passion for discovery, academic excellence, and further our commitment to both the local and global community.

WHAT IS HAPPENING AT ALDERSGATE NOW?

Utilizing this space during the pandemic allowed Seven Arrows Elementary to keep its doors open – making us the only school to do so on the westside. This only added to our legacy of proving ourselves across our institution’s 30+ plus year history.

As we move forward, the Aldersgate campus will provide a foundation for Seven Arrows for years to come.

This campus is designed to enhance learning for our school and will allow more space for our older children on the main campus. Maintaining a small school via the addition of Aldersgate allows our students to spread out, which results in more freedom for creative learning. In turn, we will be able to provide our students with a more ample, expansive, and safe environment, where they can engage with learning, as well as push their creative muscles.

With the additional space, we are also excited to maximize and build upon current programs including: the Edible Garden Kitchen (egk), Wolf Tribe, as well as provide more green space for outdoor learning opportunities, and an additional site for our famous festivals and Friday kuyam events.

WHAT IT COULD BE

Owning property ensures the longevity of Seven Arrows as an educational institution. With this first brick and mortar location, we will finally have a permanent place to call home in our beloved Palisades community.

At Aldersgate, we will build upon our culture of academics, creativity and philanthropy.

With the additional space, we are excited to maximize our current programs, expand our commitment to philanthropy through community service projects, as well as nurture relationships with current and alumnae families by hosting speaker series and other special events.
